Seasonal Divination Spreads

The wheel of the year turns on!

Here in England the nights are drawing in, people are decorating their homes and businesses, shoppers hurry home with arms full of seasonal gifts and the Christmas fair stalls (a whole village of wooden huts!) are set up in the town centre selling trinkets, mulled wine and crafts.

This time of year often inspires us to reflection; about what has happened over the last twelve months, and about what might happen in the year ahead. We may be setting intentions, or choosing a word of the year for 2022.

Divination is a practice many of us are drawn to to guide and inspire us in these explorations.

These two spreads focus on two key dates, Yule and the New Year. Each one encourages us to reflect on the year passed and explore energies and direction for the one which is even now appearing over the horizon.
